Services

Datatriz provides custom software solutions including web-based platforms for valet parking management, manufacturing operations, and real estate professionals. Access to these platforms is granted on a subscription basis.

Account Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our services, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with other users, or using the platform for unlawful purposes.

Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into our platforms. We do not claim ownership of your business data. Upon termination, we will provide a reasonable period to export your data.

Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

Limitation of Liability

Datatriz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
